Lovi Oy uses your information to process and deliver orders, archiving, managing, managing and developing customer relationships, and tracking missing items, for example. E-mail marketing always requires a separate consent. There is an order form on our website to subscribe to our newsletter. You can also subscribe to our newsletter by ticking a subscription box on the checkout page. If you give your consent, we will send you e-mail offers and information about Lovi's products and activities. You can unsubscribe whenever you like. Each newsletter we send contains a link that you can click to unsubscribe from the list.
The customer register information is only used by those employees of Lovi Oy who are authorized to do so. In order for us to process your order, we use third-party services. Logistics companies and our payment service provider Paytrail, for example, will process your information.
We keep your information for the time of your customer relationship, as well as for the period specified in the Accounting Act. Our customer database is located on a password-protected server with access rights only to named people. In the event of a security breach, we will contact you immediately.
The registrar has the right to inspect what information Lovi Oy has collected from him and to request rectification or removal of information. Data is delivered within 1 month of such request. The registrar also has the right to object or restrict the processing of information and to transfer data from one system to another.

Lovi Shop is operated by Lovi Ltd. Lovi shop is intended for use by you (the consumer) only if you are of legal age and to companies.
The customer is bond to the contract, order and terms of delivery of each order that is in force at the time of ordering.
At the time of ordering the customer will always notify correct:
Contact between the two parties will be through email and phone. The customer is bound after making the order to check their email. The contract is binding after placing the order. The system will confirm the order automatically by email.
The maximum responsibility of Lovi Oy’s product availability, authorities or customs restrictions, is cancellation of the contract and return of money.
All products in the Lovi Shop are sold as is. If the customer does not accept the contents of the product, it shall be returned unused within 14 days to the return address. Lovi Oy has the right to choose it’s customers.
The prices include value added tax in EU countries. Prices are tax free and freight cost will be added to countries outside EU. Product information is seen in the web site.
We will dispatch your order by a courier within three to five working days of it being placed, subject to stock levels. If there is going to be any type of delay after five days, we will contact you. Some products have longer delivery times and this is data is found in the product information. If it is mentioned in the product information that the product is not in our warehouse, the time of delivery will be mentioned there also.
All products ordered at the same time will be dispatched at the same time. If one of the products has a longer deliver time, the products will be shipped as one order. The customer has the right to cancel the order.
Any cancellation of the order should be done through our customer service. Lovi Oy is responsible if the products are damaged or lost during delivery. If the products are damaged or lost during the delivery to the customer, Lovi Oy or the logistics company are responsible.
All payments are made by credit cards or through Finnish online banks. We also offer partial payment option for Finnish customers. Lovi Oy will not pay interest on prepaid payments.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant.

You can return any goods back within 14 days of receipt for a full refund provided goods are in their original packing, in new condition and resellable.
Please contact our customer service quoting your order number and details for reasons retuning the goods. We will respond to your e-mail with return instructions.
We will refund the price of the goods or exchange the item as soon as it has been received by us. The return postage will be paid to the bank account notified of the returnee.
The date of receiving the product shall be looked upon as the date the order has been delivered or picked up by the customer. The customer must show a receipt the showing the date the product was picked up.
We will not accept any return on products that have been opened or damaged making the product not resalable.
Unacceptable returns will be invoiced to the customer. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer at customer’s expense.
